Rescue Yoga has officially relocated our studio to Castle Hills (map) and most of our classes are resuming live and in person on June 5th at 8am. Check our current schedule to see which classes are IN PERSON or VIRTUAL.
Because the community has really enjoyed our YOGAdaptive classes, we will still be holding our Tuesday Noon class at Grace Lutheran Church (map).
Not ready to join us for IN PERSON classes? No problem! We are keeping all our classes available VIRTUALLY for those that want to continue joining us online.
Please be sure to bring your own props, towels, water bottles and whatever you may need for class.
Rescue Yoga exists to serve the community for improvement in quality of life and longevity. We offer all types of fitness classes including yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. We believe that the body was intended to be in motion, therefore we promote motion with our classes. Every class is designed with you in mind and we intuitively provide your body what it needs. We also believe that you are more than a body, you are a valuable part of our emotional, spiritual and physical community and we are honored to serve you in ways to heal those parts as well.
Rescue Yoga specializes in showing compassion for physical ailments to include neck and back pain, arthritis, plantar fasciitis as well as injury/illness recovery. We have extensive experience teaching yoga for Parkinson's, yoga for MS, yoga for joint replacement prehab/rehab, and yoga for neurological conditions.
We are glad you are looking for a new or better way to stay healthy or get back to healthy. We are honored to be a safe place in your yoga journey. Whether you choose Rescue Yoga as your wellness home or not, we are glad you are choosing wellness for you!
Beyond yoga, Rescue Yoga offers classes to the community that are non-yoga based. These creative and educational events help people to get intimate with their creative side, cut loose with friends and neighbors to make life long connections, as well as de-stress the mind in new and therapeutic ways.
Whether it is taking up donations for the local food pantry, joining a yoga & wine class or building our own terrariums, you will always find something fun and unique going on at Rescue Yoga.
