Believe it or not…at one time I was a very clumsy person. Having broke both my ankles, multiple fingers and toes, and have suffered enough concussions, you might think I have done some time as an NFL quarterback! 

Yoga has really been very helpful in that it has helped me address some of my muscles’ imbalances, coordination issues and many of my energetic blockages that all contributed to my clumsiness.

One of the biggest breakthroughs I have had from yoga was clearing mental and energetic blockages using Kriyas (visualization, meditation and breathing). In learning about the subtle energetics of focused breathing while incorporating visualizations, we can shift, change and even eliminate blockages.

Today’s practice is all about clearing the blocks with a Samana Kriya to bring us back into center.
