I remember when I was in the Army and we were learning about to go on our first outing to the range. Our Drill Instructor was teaching us all about the M16 rifle. I had never seen one before, let alone used one with live ammo. I was excited, but a little nervous too.

He said the very first thing we have to do is “zero” our rifle. Meaning we needed to do a factory reset so we could be very precise when calibrating the sites to our eye and firing position.

When working with our body, it’s not much different. One of the ways we can “zero” our settings is by working at the root. Getting our lower body calibrated to the earth so that we can move and interact with life in the most effective and centered way possible.

Here is your Day 11 Practice.
