This week we have dug deep into our core muscles using yoga and Pilates to awaken the body from slumber and inactivity. We have also taken time to calm and clear our minds, showing ourselves that we can become quiet and centered mentally using pranayama (breathing) and meditation.
Today’s challenge is bringing all of that together in a balance practice. You are welcome to practice your own balances today giving yourself the opportunity to see where your center is with postures you are familiar with… or you can practice with me….YAY!!!
