Whether it’s on the mat or on a walk or in conversation with another person, join us as we explore life through our bodies.

We believe that yoga is the number one, most effective way to practice embodiment, and we encourage you to challenge yourself to stepping up your practice this month.

Our daily prompts can be used to give focus and intention to your yoga practice, but they can also be used off the mat.

We invite you to explore with us, and track your progress all month long…

… because at the end of the month, Rescue Yoga will recognize everyone who completes the challenge with a giftbag of goodies designed to support your continued embodiment through 2024.
