How to Prioritize Self-Care in Your Daily Life

Self-care often comes second to the many daily tasks we have. All too often it becomes a reactive task. You work until you’re burned out and then decide to take a break. You feel a cold coming on and then decide to start feeding your body healthier foods.

However, self-care works better as a proactive practice. Including self-care habits into your daily life can help you lead a more holistic, happy and healthy life.

During the past few months, many of us have lost our sacred space. This was our time to take a break from the chaos and become more grounded.
