Have you gotten used to writing 2020 on your checks yet?

(assuming you use checks….that’s so 1980’s right?)

Have you gotten back into your normal routine yet?

(the weather hasn’t for sure!)

Have you set your NEW YEAR NEW YOU RESOLUTION and already forgotten what it was?

(We gave up resolutions many years ago!)

We can all agree one thing to be true for us all. Our lives are in a constant state of transition and change.

Is there a way we can create LIFT in all the SHIFT???

In Yoga… We can say YES!

Starting in January, join us for an ongoing series about the Yamas & Niyamas.

What Are They? So glad you asked!

Yamas (Sanskrit: यम), and their complement, Niyamas, represent a series of “right living” or ethical rules within Yoga. It means “reining in” or “control”. These are restraints for Proper Conduct as given in the Holy Veda. They are a form of moral imperatives, commandments, rules or goals.

Niyama (Sanskrit: नियम) are positive duties or observances. In Indian traditions, particularly Yoga, Niyamas and its complement, Yamas, are recommended activities and habits for healthy living, spiritual enlightenment and liberated state of existence.

Join me (Jenny) for classes and learn all about how you can use these tools from the yoga tradition to create LIFT and SHIFT in your life!
